Imagine you’ve never won a PGA tournament (not that hard to do, amiright?).

Now, imagine your hard-working dad (who cut lawns for a living) is on your bag when you finally take home a win.

That’s exactly what happened to Robert Macintyre, yesterday at the Canadian Open.

And if you want a real tear-jerker, just before Father’s Day, watch his interview with pops right beside him.

The best part? It’s not the only caddy story this week.

Paul Emerson was also at the Canadian Open. He’s also not a professional caddy, like the elder Macintyre. In fact, he was just a fan attending the event on Sunday.

Then, C.T. Pan’s caddy, Mike Cowan appeared to be injured. Emerson saw the whole thing, and being the Canadian he is — he offered to help in any way he could.

Pan decided to take him up on the offer. Next thing you know, Emerson is throwing on Cowan’s caddy apron!

She’s being compared to Jon Daly

Last time we covered LPGA Pro, Charlie Hull, it was just announced she’d signed with Malbon (around the same time as Jason Day).

While she hasn’t dawned any parachute pants…yet, she was seen doing something else.

Smoking a cigarette.

Apparently, she’s been trying to quit vaping. And since smoking isn’t allowed nearly as many places as vapes — it was a safer bet for her?

Anyway, it’s gotten her a surprising amount of positive attention from fans — and one phone number 😂.

And here’s the X post with a video of her signing autographs with a cigarette hanging like an episode of Mad Men.

As you can see, people are calling out a certain other golfer who didn’t care about smoking — or anything else.
